As there is a high demand for hotel rooms in the summer, we have made a block booking for PASC18 participants at several hotels in Basel and in close proximity to the Congress Center Basel. We have secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms, which are available on a first come, first served basis. The earlier you book, the better selection and price you will get.

The hotels listed in the hotel booking portal may still have some rooms remaining but you must book as an individual customer.
Enter your arrival date and departure date in the respective fields.  Select “MAP” to see the location of the hotel relative to the conference venue.

A confirmation from Basel Tourismus will be sent to you as well as to the hotel for each reservation. If, after 7 days, you have not received a confirmation, please inform the Incoming & Convention Bureau.

All modifications or cancellations should be done through Basel Tourismus, either via e-mail or phone: +41 (0)61 268 68 58. The cancellation terms will be listed in the confirmation.

BaselCard

A personal guest card will be handed to you when you check in. The BaselCard includes free use of public transport, free surfing on the guest WiFi as well as a 50% discount on admission to such attractions as Basel's museums, Basel Zoo and Theater Basel. It also offers discounts on guided tours through the historic city centre, a boat trip or the ferry across the Rhine and much more.
